Recently I had an oil change done at Meineke . As time went on, I noticed whenever I would leave the parking lot, there would be a wet spot on the ground. Once I realized it was from my vehicle, I immediately took it to a repair shop. Come to find out the person who did the oil change at Meineke did not put the oil filter back on tightly and oil was leaking. Because of this, it could have cost me a new vehicle. Never again.

This place is under new management. I was NOT impressed with the new owner!! I had a warranty on parts and labor for a job the old owner did and the new owner did not want to honor this warranty, even though it was supposed to be done because he purchased the business as a franchise. He said he wanted me to pay the labor cost even though he knew my warranty from the previous owner included labor. When I asked why he wouldn't honor it he said he didn't make the money on the labor so he needed to make the money on the labor now. WOW, nice way to treat a customer!! I even told him I thought that was a horrible way to treat a customer. So I ended up paying for labor that I should never have had to pay for. I will never go back there again.

As for actual service, My car was up on a lift before I even finished filling out the paperwork. I was told my wait would be roughly an hour, and after years of working for a dealership, i knew that probably meant 2. Well, I was pleasantly surprised when my brake replacement and oil change were done in under 45 mins! Impeccable service, and an extremely welcoming staff have ensured that I will be a repeat customer!! I would highly recommend this location to anyone I know.
