Was a Verizon customer changed to sprint but didn't have other phones that I needed to transfer over so only did mine. Rep told me I could come back in to transfer other numbers and phones over when I could get them together. He didn't exactly explain everything to me bc was with another family member and by time he got to me bc I wasn't planning on switching until I inquired, he just didn't seem into helping me.
I was with Metro pcs terrible service until I decide to switch to Sprint, my experience at the store was great, the rep (she) was very helpful and patience showing me how use the phone and explain in details my new bill, very happy with my new phone and service.
Got waited on right away but salesperson appeared impatient when we were asking questions about different plan options.
Lol .... need I say more the store is a joke , never has any products on hand to view. Every thing us a test product, but not connected to view how product works.
The manager is a jerk. he should be fired. Im going to report him
