The mail person keep putting my mail in someone else mail box
I don't understand why people complain about this post office. OF course you're going to deal with waiting in line once or twice depending on your situation. Get over it. I get my packages delivered with no problems and a lot cheaper from here compared' to any other delivery company. I can count on the exact day and usually the exact time i will receive my packages when it is being delivered from here. Also my mail delivery person is extremely nice and very helpful she knows what days i work and will make surei get my items when i'm off with no problems what so ever. Everybody needs to realize these postal workers handle an extreme amount of mail day in and day out and have t deal with rude people on a government salary. They are working 6 days a week and your mail is moving 24 hours a day even when the post office is closed your mail/packages are still moving through the system. Give these guys a break.
Another reviewer put it the best by saying the employees look at you like "How dare you walk in during normal business hours." That is the exact feeling you get when you walk through the door. I don't expect people to be super cheery and have big smiles on their faces but it'd be nice if they didn't glare at you like you're disturbing them from the first second they see you. It seems like the employees here are as rude, dismissive, and incompetent as they can be ON PURPOSE. They know they won't be fired no matter what they do and there are no repercussions, so what's their motivation to try to do their jobs?
I went into the Dundalk Post Office this morning and a man by the name of Devin treated me unacceptable. He gave me and several of the customers the worse service possible. I have never had a person/man talk to me in the manner that he did. He talked down to me like i was an idiot. All he kept saying to customers learn how to read directions. Im going to call there but we all know nothing will happen.
We haven't receive mail at our house for 3 days we have one neighbor come to our house and give us mail from yesterday that they must of got are mail. I call no one answers the phone, I was supposed to receive a package after getting mail from the lady I asked her do you have a package she looked at me like I had three heads walked back to her truck and said oh yeah here it is then when it rains she doesn't close the mailbox lid so I mail gets wet
